Typically regional / global in nature, assignments can range from large digital transformations where I partner with clients in driving an integrated approach to deployment (technology agnostic) to onsite coaching as part of a business change or operational improvement initiative.

What is my approach to working with clients?

- STEP 1: Discovery call with the client(s) to understand their goals, challenges, and needs.
- STEP 2: Draft proposal, detailing the project scope, deliverables, timelines, and how my expertise will address their needs and budget..
- STEP 3: Finalize an SOW document that clearly defines the project scope, objectives, responsibilities, key milestones, and deadlines including price and payment terms.
- STEP 4: Execute the assignment as outlined, maintaining regular updates with the client. Use agreed-upon channels for status reports, feedback sessions, and addressing any concerns or new insights.
- STEP 5: At project completion, I deliver the final results, ensuring the client has everything they need for implementation. I gather feedback to evaluate the project's success and discuss any next steps or follow-up opportunities.
